In this interview we talk about how the
three parts of our Being, ( Body, Mind and Spirit ) are designed
to function together. When these three parts are in proper
alignment, we FEEL and KNOW who we are and where we are going,
according to the design of our individual Souls. Listen, as we
discuss the challenges that are faced daily by all of us, and
the bigger picture of the future of humanity on this planet. If
we use the power now available to us for waking up, and becoming
responsible for our world, we also gain the power of igniting
Soul memory. We have an interesting and conceptual approach to
health, fitness, longevity and happiness. It all begins with
each individual releasing from fear and pain, and then advancing
to their precious significance, and finally letting go of the

The pulsing core of Planet Earth provides
the center of gravity for all of life to exist on its surface.
This center of gravity is the primary force of cohesion that
makes human life possible. It is this gravity that anchors the
grids that make physical health and psychological well-being
achievable.
When we float above this primary density
level, our nervous systems and our energy fields experience
anxiety. Alternatively, if we smash into these gravity-held
grids, we end up with depression. For millennia we have
practiced these two basic response patterns: running away,
and/or smashing into gravity and they both majorly suck as
strategies for living. Now is the time for embracing a different
approach: we have to get a grip and equilibrate with the Earth’s
core.
Linear time and spherical time are
combining into a new cooperative reality on Earth, and we may go
insane if we do not use the gravity grids of the Planet
appropriately!
When we grasp, suck, cringe, or push away our traumas and
discomforts, we warp the gravity grids and cause them to
destabilize. This results in messy geological Earth changes,
crashing financial economies and psychological personal warfare.
Our part in changing this is to learn how to balance ‘focusing’
with ‘letting go.’
This is the process of balancing Self-importance with
Self-non-importance and ‘everything’ with ‘nothing’. Everything
matters because everything has a purpose, and nothing matters
because we are all components of Spirit. Getting this anchors us
in gravity and keeps us Soul-sane.

democracy. It is the coming together, the fitting into place,

Service is our unique and essential
contribution to life. As we figure out how to serve well, we
become well-served in return. Like a giant wheel that moves in
synchronicity with all of its components meshed in unison. We
start to get flashes of insight into how the larger cycles of
consciousness are affecting the goals of humanity and how these
cycles are guided and influenced by the Spiritual aspects of all
life forms. We get to enter the creational script room of the
inner sanctum of the design team!
The fundamentals of service DO NOT contain
martyrdom, scarcity, over-giving or self-erasure. In this
workshop we will look at how the Core energy of each human being
radiates outward and intersects with the ordinary world, like
the crossing of longitude and latitude lines, marking a spot.
From this spot, we learn how to recognize the ‘service of the
moment’ and then the longer arc of service throughout the
lifetime. True service is not just about giving to others or to
the environment. True service is a self completing circle. Where
we are in any moment is where we serve. Knowing how to recognize
this opens the channels to the Soul and fills our lives to the
brim.
The Power of Positive Play

As we have been living in the Patriarchal,
Industrial and now Electronic Age, we have forgotten how to
truly play. This ability to play is what energizes the human
growth hormone molecule to function after puberty. It spurs the
kind of creativity that is holistic and life-enhancing, and it
deepens the experience of pleasure waves in the body, by setting
off a cascade of endorphins. Playing well will lead us into the
Virtual Age.
In this workshop, we will dissect the
energy patterns of play and learn how these patterns relate to
creativity, healthy longevity and mysticism, especially
mysticism. The internal chemical shifts that occur in the body
when we activate the heart (4th) and sacral (2nd) chakras, and
shift into ‘play’ mode, supports the movement of light into the
nervous system so that we can ‘scramble’ the old stagnant
patterns that resist freedom.
Play is an act of power. It is not stupid
or silly or a waste of time. When we do it, we are literally
moving the life force within us from a stuck position to a new
heightened state of consciousness. We each have to learn to play
with ourselves (no pun intended ) before we can play as a
group.
Play lightens up inner rigidity, centers us when we are
overwhelmed, and connects our chakras to Universal Energy Flow.
Our unique experiences as children, and subsequent growth into
adulthood, plus karmic overlays, mark us as great or lousy
‘players.’ Playing is highly practical, for if we all had the
true ability to play, there would be no war. It is in the purity
of play that we each learn to see Soul in the cells of the
body’s bright physicality.

Our history and our future are colliding.
What we cannot take forward with us has to be jettisoned. We all
have our precious attachments to life as we know it, but we also
need to trust that the future life that we are creating will be
worth what is hard to let go of. The Soul is the great awakener
and as it enters the body more fully, it requires that we open
up and release. Sometimes this feels like relief and sometimes
it feels like a confusing invasion! In this workshop we will
focus on the alignments between:
*the
Body, with its chemical responses,
*the Energy Field, which holds the personality,
*the Soul, with its all-encompassing curiosity,
and learn how this trinity leads to the experience of a balanced
Self.
A Self in harmony is a Self in choice,
instead of a Self in karma. We choose the future either from
this balanced Self perspective or from the karmic Self. If we
attempt reconciliation of karmic trauma by trying to ‘find an
answer’ (which acts like a band-aid), instead of truly studying
and understanding the karmic trauma, we become engaged in a
futile mental defense against the uncertainty of the future. In
this workshop we will learn how ‘energy danger’ frequencies
enter the field and then the body, alerting the body to scan for
matching karmic trauma patterns. These patterns then escalate
fear, which allows the karmic Self to take over and plunge us
into hell. This is not fun and we do not like it, but we need to
hold the “dislike” response stable (2nd chakra power) long
enough until we can engage the 4th and 6th chakras for
compassion and unconditional love. The trinity of these three
chakras creates the power necessary to break the destructive
karmic cycle, choose the balanced Self and finally let the Soul
be in charge.

RELEASE OF GENETIC
INFLUENCES
As we awaken and develop in our
lives, we bump into many pre-programmed genetic influences.
These operate like traps that ensnare our growth. Some of them
are from our physical ancestors and others are from past lives.
In order to fulfill our greatest potential, we must release
control of these genetic codes, from hereditary/past life
programming, and transfer control back to the Soul. This allows
us to reach the deepest levels of individualization necessary
for achieving body/Soul fusion. We will look at the specific
ways that genetic beliefs and karmic overlays operate, and learn
how to release them as they show up in our awareness. (Well, and
then we'll learn to fly!..)

CURRENT VICTIM
CONSCIOUSNESS GLOBAL STATUS REPORT
Victim consciousness is dying on
Planet Earth. Gaia is complete with her exploration of it, and
so must we be! Because we went through this Victim Experiment
with Gaia, we all have a Victim to heal. We are doing this
individually and as a global program. Every time we experience
irritability, doubt, confusion, hatred, rage, or worthlessness,
the Victim is asserting its power and calling us to heal it. In
the Victim Experiment, Gaia, and all of us, chose to explore the
Victim theme so that we could comprehend true power and
awakening and build a Self that is capable of rising to Love.
The Victim consciousness is a self-inflicted ‘infection’
pattern, located inside of the Light Body. There are words of
power, geometric shapes, and precise sounds, that we will
practice using, to dismantle and transmute the infection. These
tools build and balance our internal fire (Self-Identity) and
this fire clears the way for us to experience the Soul’s Freedom
in bodily form. The experience of Freedom is the melody of the
Soul. (It is a natural high.)

THE SCHOOL OF LIFE
The trick in dealing with life is
not WHAT happens to us, but what we DO about what happens to us.
Everything that happens in our lives is ‘perfect’ from the
Soul’s point of view. Every single experience is a teaching. The
problems start not when we encounter difficult experiences, but
when we get stuck in them. We only get stuck in a lesson if we
resist it in some way. Our resistance to embracing life with
passion and curiosity, leads to pain. We need to analytically
take an experience apart, decode it and then acquire the message
and the wisdom. There is a literal and a metaphorical
interpretation for each event. The Ego sees the literal one and
the Soul sees the metaphorical one. This is similar to
understanding the meaning of dreams. We will work with the steps
that allow us to pull out the truest meaning of events for
ourselves, so that we don’t have to take the lessons over again
!!

CELLULAR LONGEVITY
We are designed to be able to
regenerate the body from any injury, and without aging. Each
human being has the right to fully use this design now. There
are two systems that stop this from happening: one is the
‘inhibitors’ and the other is the ‘blockers.’ The ‘inhibitors’
are the etheric, conceptual, crystalline and Akashic markers.
They are designed to limit regeneration to the frame of a
current lesson (they are installed by the Soul and are
‘helpful.’) The ‘blockers’ are karmic ‘constrictions.’ They are
encoded through long-term, very difficult karma, caused by a
chronic backlog of unlearned lessons. While the ‘inhibitors’ are
there to help us process life at the appropriate speed (and once
we do not resist life, they are released,) the ‘blockers’ act by
splitting our DNA into little malfunctioning pieces, thus
wearing the body down. The ‘inhibitors’ are like friendly speed
bumps and the ‘blockers’ are like a cruel, unpredictable
obstacle course. We will work with the support patterns and
nutrients, needed by the body, that are helpful in dealing with
the 'inhibitors.'

CHAT WITH A GUIDE
We are never alone! We always have many
Energy Beings around us. Some have nothing to do with us, and
are just passing by, but many are with us as their ‘sole
mission’ to attend to. We are truly very important and precious
J.
We receive medical support, for the machinery of our bodies and
energy fields, from the Medical Team guides. We are always
supported by our personal guides. We even have playmate guides,
to share joyful or sad moments with. Each of us has a particular
way of communicating with the guides, even if we do not know
what it is. We will look at what these ways are in order to
establish a more conscious connection with our guides. As we
build these communication circuits, we benefit by receiving
clearer guidance and feeling safer, day by day !

MANIFESTATION

We often get disappointed when
what we intend to create does not materialize. We are here to
learn the mechanics of creation, and that our failures are as
valuable (information/data-wise) as our successes. By looking at
what actually does materialize, we can learn a lot about the
beliefs and expectation paradigms that we are using. The main
three aspects of creative competency are: Identity, Process,
Source. Understanding these mechanics, promotes the Creator
Memory (this is how we can create from 'nothing'.) We will look
at the differences between the Ego’s structure, strategies and
desires, and compare this to what the Soul is trying to teach us
about the manifestation process. We will then be better
suppliers of our own needs and the needs of and our precious
Planet.
